Brief description: Naihanchi Nidan is performed on a straight line with the practicioner moving left and right.

Yoi
Look right
Draw both hands to the chest and step across to the right
Step out and open arms up.
Step across and strike with right arm to the front. Left hand should be open and above right elbow.
Step out and strike right.
Look left.
Draw both hands to the chest and step across to the left.
Step out and open arms up.
Step across and strike with left arm to the front. Right hand should be open and above the left elbow.
Step out and strike left.
Flow
Thrust right arm down, left palm is open and should be close to the right elbow.
Bring right arm up, left palm slides up.
Bring right arm into chest and foot stomp.
Left hand tucks as right opens and blocks to the right.
Naihanchi punch with the left hand and tuck right hand.
Step across right
Step out.
Left hand blocks up.
Double block
Face punch.
Left hand goes into naihanchi punch position as right elbow comes down to left wrist.
Flow
